When You’ve Tried Everything and Still Don’t Feel Like Yourself
Somatic Experiencing therapy for women who are tired of coping and ready to heal.
Rooted in nervous system regulation and led by one of the most experienced SE providers in the Florida Panhandle.

When Coping Isn’t Healing
You’ve already done the work. Talk therapy. Self-help. Mindfulness. Medication.
And still, your body tells a different story.
Tension that won’t release. Panic that comes out of nowhere. Fatigue that drags through your day.
You’ve learned how to function, but it doesn’t feel like thriving.
Somatic Experiencing helps you move beyond managing symptoms to actually addressing what your body has been holding. We slow down, listen to your nervous system, and gently work with what’s underneath the shutdown, anxiety, or pain.
This is the work I specialize in — supporting women whose bodies are still carrying the imprint of trauma, stress, or survival mode long after the crisis has passed.
Together, we’ll build more capacity, safety, and connection at a pace that honors your body and your story.
With somatic therapy, you can:

Hi, I'm Nelofer.
I’m a therapist and certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Panama City, Florida. I work with clients across the U.S. who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, and nervous system dysregulation — especially those who’ve already tried other routes and are still searching for relief.
My approach bridges counseling, movement, and body-based awareness. For years, I tried to think my way through healing. It wasn’t until I discovered somatic work that my symptoms began to change. After just a few sessions, I knew I had found the missing piece. Since then, I’ve been helping others access that same transformation.
I bring clinical skill, lived experience, and a deeply collaborative spirit to this work. I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I do know is how to create the conditions where real healing becomes possible.
Clients often say they feel safe with me. That I’m real. That they trust themselves more because they’ve learned how to trust our relationship first.
If your body is asking for a different kind of support, and you’re ready to stop doing this alone, I’d be honored to walk with you.
